After placing an item in your shopping cart you may either proceed to check out or continue shopping.
You may remove any items in your basket at anytime by checking the box next to the item name and clicking on “update” button on your View Cart page. You can also update the quantity of the item you wish to purchase on the same page.

Please follow the instructions below for the final steps to complete your order.
Review the items in your shopping cart. If everything is as you want it, click on Checkout.
If you are a new customer, you can either create a new account or proceed to check out without creating an account.
For shipping fee information, please visit our Shipping and Delivery section.
If you would like to include Gift Accessories (includes a Gift Box, Tissue Paper and Gift Card for an additional fee of $5.00 in total) in your package, please check the Gift Accessories box when you add your item to the shopping cart.
On the next step, you need to enter your Credit Card payment information including Credit Card CVV2 security code # located on the back of the card or the 4 digit security code on the front of the card if using American Express.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover in addition to PayPal.
If you would like your order to be shipped to a separate address please select “other” and specify your Credit Card billing address (address where you receive your monthly statements)
Email address is very important so please make sure you give us an accurate email address where we can reach you. If you have any special request or comments, please let us know in the “comments box”.
Review your information and proceed to order. Your order will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation with your order.
• Shipping and Delivery
All “in stock” orders are processed within 24 hours unless item is backordered and we will notify you immediately.
If you provide a working email address during order processing, we will send you an email message confirming your order within 24 hours of placement.
All deliveries will be shipped by US Post Office services.
For domestic deliveries (shipping addresses within the US), orders will be sent by US Priority Mail with Free Shiping. Delivery times take 2-3 business days after order processing.
For international deliveries (shipping addresses out of the US), shipping costs will be determined by the weight and destination of the order according to the US Post Office international postage rates. Our system will do the shipping cost calculation for you once you choose the country that your order to be delivered.
If an item is not in stock due to high demand on popular items, we will notify you immediately and give you an estimated time available and date of shipment. When a backorder is placed, you will have top priority in receiving your purchased items. Your credit card is billed only when items are shipped.
• Custom Orders
Custom orders are available for ages 0-36 months on any model in our collection pages as you can review and select in shopping box menu.
If the specific color/size of the custom order you would like to place is not shown in the shopping box menu, please contact us at customerservice@junebeebaby.com to check the production availability for a certain color/size.
Delivery time for custom orders is approximately 4-6 weeks.
• Order Cancellation
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us at customerservice@junebeebaby.com or call us at 1-888-JUNEBEE within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order has entered into our shipping process (which occurs two hours after you submit your order) the only modification that can be made is an address change (Please note that there is a $10.00 fee for address changes).
• Return/Exchange Policy
Please contact us at customerservice@junebeebaby.com before returning any item to discuss the status of your return and receive a return authorization number if the returned item is to be accepted.
The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will be refused at the warehouse. a - Defective Merchandise: We'll gladly exchange any defective merchandise* if the item is returned within 10 days of the day that you received your order and if it is unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging. i. If the requested item to exchange is available in stock, we will ship it for free after we receive your return. ii. If the requested item to exchange is not available in stock, we will give you the option either to cancel your order and receive a complete refund (excluding shipping charges) or to wait for a backorder shipment with free shipping. * All JuneBee Baby garments are made and embellished by hand. Because it is hand made, there may be slight imperfections and differences between each garment. Both these little flaws and differences are characteristic of being done individually by hand and are not to be considered as faults or defects. b - Size Exchanges: If you picked the wrong size or decided to exchange the item with a different model, feel free to return it for an exchange. We will gladly exchange it if the item is returned within 10 days of the day you received your order and if it is unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging. i. If the requested item to exchange is available in stock, we will ship it after we receive your return and shipping fee will apply. ii. If the requested item to exchange is not available in stock, we will give you the option either to cancel your order and receive a complete refund (excluding shipping charges) or to wait for a backorder shipment with a shipping fee charge. c - Other Returns: If you changed your mind and decided to return the item for any other reason, we’ll accept it if it is returned within 10 days of the day you received your order and if it is unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging. i. We will credit a refund to your credit card used to purchase the items not including shipping & handling fees and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the selling price.
All sales are final after 10 business days. Please do not return items to us later than 10 business days after you have received them.
Return Requirements: Items must be sent securely wrapped. All articles must have all the original tags and labels affixed, as they were when the articles were delivered. It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS Delivery Confirmation). We highly recommend insuring your return as we cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed. 5. If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box on the order form.
