How to Place an Order Online?

  1. Simply click on Buy Now on the particular item and this will add the desired item to your shopping cart.
  2. After placing an item in your shopping cart you may either proceed to Check Out or Continue Shopping.
  3. You may remove any items in your basket at any time clicking on “X” button on your View Cart page. You can also update the quantity of the item you wish to purchase on the same page.
  4. If you have any trouble ordering, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

How to Check Out Online?

Please follow the instructions below for the final steps to complete your order.

  1. Review the items in your shopping cart. If everything is as you want it, click on Checkout.
  2. If you are a new customer, you can either create a new account or proceed to check out without creating an account.
  3. For shipping fee information, please visit our Shipping and Delivery section.
  4. If you would like to have your order gift packed (includes a Gift Box, Tissue Paper and Gift Card for an additional fee of $5.00 in total) in your package. Please check the Gift Wrap when you add your item to the shopping cart.
  5. On the next step, you need to enter your Credit Card payment information including Credit Card CVV2 security code # located on the back of the card or the 4 digit security code on the front of the card if using American Express.
  6. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover in addition to PayPal.
  7. If you would like your order to be shipped to a separate address please select “other” and specify your Credit Card billing address (address where you receive your monthly statements)
  8. Email address is very important so please make sure you give us an accurate email address where we can reach you. If you have any special request or comments, please let us know in the Comments box.
  9. Review your information and proceed to order. Your order will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation with your order.


How to Ship and Deliver?

  1. All “in stock” orders are processed within 48 hours unless item is backordered (which we will notify you within 24 hours).
  2. If you provide a working email address during order processing, we will send you an email message confirming your order within 24 hours of placement.
  3. All deliveries of our high end baby clothing will be shipped by US Post Office services.
  4. For domestic deliveries (shipping addresses within the US), orders will be sent by US Priority Mail with Free Shiping. Delivery times take 2-3 business days after order processing.
  5. For international deliveries (shipping addresses out of the US), shipping costs will be determined by the weight and destination of the order according to the US Post Office international postage rates. Our system will do the shipping cost calculation for you once you choose the country that your order to be delivered.
  6. If an item is not in stock due to high demand on popular items, we will notify you within 24 hours and give you an estimated time available and date of shipment. When a backorder is placed, you will have top priority in receiving your purchased items. 

 

How to Place Custom Orders? 

  1. Custom orders are available for ages 0-36 months on any model in our collection pages as you can review and select in shopping box menu.
  2. If the specific color/size of the custom order you would like to place is not shown in the shopping box menu, please contact us to check the production availability for a certain color/size.
  3. Delivery time for custom orders is approximately 6-8 weeks.

 

How to Cancel Your Order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us or call us at 1-888-JUNEBEE within two hours of placing your order. Once your order has entered into our shipping process (which occurs two hours after you submit your order) the only modification that can be made is an address change.

 

How to Return or Exchange?

We’re here to help you with your return or exchange process and make you’re completely satisfied with our Customer Service.

a – Defective Merchandise: We'll gladly refund or exchange any defective merchandiseif the item is returned within fifteen days of the day that you received your order and if it is unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging. 

i. If the requested item to exchange is available in stock, we will send the new item with free shipping after we receive your return.

ii. If the requested item to exchange is not available in stock, we will give you the option to cancel your order and receive a complete refund, or to wait for a backorder to be sent with free shipping again (excluding international orders).

In both cases above, you need to return your original order back to our warehouse to start the backorder process. The return shipping cost of the defective items will be paid by us.

iii. For international orders, defective merchandise returns are accepted but no exchanges can be made due to high shipping costs. However, we’ll give you a full refund for the returned item. The return shipping cost of the defective items will be paid by us.

All JuneBee Baby garments are hand knitted and embellished by hand. Because they are hand crafted there might be slight imperfections and differences between each garment. Both these little flaws and differences are characteristics of being created individually by hand and are not to be considered as faults or defects.

b – Size or Model Exchanges: If you picked the wrong size or decided to exchange the item with a different model, feel free to return it for an exchange. We will gladly exchange your item if it is returned within fifteen days of the day you received your order and if it is unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging.

i. If the requested item to exchange is available in stock, we will send it with free shipping again (excluding international orders) after we receive your return.

ii. If the requested item to exchange is not available in stock, we will give you the option to cancel your order and receive a complete refund, or to wait for a backorder to be sent with free shipping again (excluding international orders).

In both cases above, you need to return your original order back to our warehouse to start the backorder process. The return shipping cost of your “size or model exchanges” belongs to you. 

iii. For international orders, wrong size merchandise returns are accepted but no exchanges can be made due to high shipping costs. However, we’ll give you a full refund for the returned item. Return shipping cost of size or model exchanges belongs to you.

 

c - Other Returns: If you changed your mind and decided to return the item for any other reason, we’ll accept it if it is returned within fifteen days of the day you received your order and if it is unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging. The return shipping cost of "other returns” belongs to you. 

We will credit a refund to your credit card used to purchase the items and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the sale price.

All sales are final after fifteen business days. 

 

Return Requirements:

Items must be sent securely wrapped. All articles must have all the original tags and labels affixed, as they were when the articles were delivered. It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS with Tracking Information).

We highly recommend insuring your return as we cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns, nor can we confirm receipt of a return or exchange until it has been processed.

The availability information presented on our site for our high-end baby clothing is the most current, accurate inventory information we have, but errors do occur and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability.

 

Coupon or Discount Policy 

If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box on the order form. The best way to keep up with available coupons or discounts is to subscribe to our newsletter and you'll always be first to know! Only one coupon or discount can be applied to each order. If more than one discount applies, we will automatically apply the larger discount. 

 

Pricing Errors or Typos

Although we strive for 100% accuracy, occasionally a typo or pricing error may occur. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
